    “We enjoyed a beautiful week in Cobblers Cottage.”

    Despite no dedicated parking area, we parked outside with no difficulty. The Cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. Our party included two children who used the dining room as theirs, All in all, this was one of our best holiday cottages, and we are pleased to recommend Cobblers Cottage. A garden area would have been pleasurable, through one of the warmest weeks however, it did not detract from our holiday. We are also very grateful for an extra night, as it extended our brilliant ...

An attractive, semi-detached Grade II stone-built cottage with a pantile roof in the delightful North Yorkshire town of Pickering, which has been refurbished to a high standard throughout within a traditional cottage setting.

Ideal for family holidays and walking retreat for short afternoon walks or long full day hikes, this lovely cottage has three comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Set within a 5 minute walk of the attractive market town centre you are close to an array of individual shops and a refurbished Victorian steam railway station at the end of the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway.

A trout farm lies almost adjacent to the railway station and nearby Flamingo Land ensures fun and entertainment for all the family.

This pretty cottage lies in the heart of the North York Moors and is also just a short drive from the beautiful market town of Helmsley, Yorkshire coastal resorts of Whitby, Scarborough, Robin Hoods Bay and Staithes.

With the historic city of York just 30-40 minute drive away, this delightful cottage is in a superb location for a fabulous family holiday to explore the Yorkshire Moors and surrounding areas.

This historic market town, with its full range of amenities and traditional shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, serves as the official gateway to the beautiful North York Moors National Park, home of the Heartbeat countryside. Enjoy a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway, where Harry Potter fans can even explore some of the locations used in the filming of The Philosopher’s Stone! The Beck Isle Museum is also well worth a visit, with its unique collection of black and white photography and displays of rural life.
