“On arrival we needed to clean the lodge as it hadn't been cleaned properly.”

The carpet in the living area needed hoovering, there was dirt under the table and all sides and surfaces needed cleaning. the extractor fan in the kitchen is really dirty. The milk in the welcome pack was 3 days out of date so unable to use. Blind slats were broken and the ensuite shower was no more than a trickle so unable to be used. It made it harder with the amount of us to use one bathroom. It is such a shame as the lodge is situated in a great location on the park away from the arcades ...

It made it harder with the amount of us to use one bathroom. It is such a shame as the lodge is situated in a great location on the park away from the arcades etc. It's also situated well for exploring that part of the coastline. This lodge needs a bit of TLC and it would be great; such a shame.

I am very surprised at your feedback as we get 5 star reviews from nearly every guest. I went straight to the lodge and the shower is brand new and working perfectly, it has 2 settings, one low pressure then you push the button to turn the handle further to high pressure. There is no fault and it works as it should. All the info you needed is clearly instructed in our 30 page welcome book which you cannot have looked at. The milk is bought fresh for every guest arriving ON THAT DAY so I do not understand that you say it was out of date. I notice you didn't mention the fact we left you a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, wash powder, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, hand soaps etc etc all you have done is make negative remarks which are untrue. Our cleaning team are amazing and we have over 90% feedback score on all 5 of our lodges and people praise just how clean our lodges are. There are NO broken blind slats anywhere in the lodge. It seems for some reason that you have invented a lot of these problems Property Owner
