“Cannot complain about the great location or the property itself, BUT there is no heating upstairs, so we had to sleep downstairs.”

Using the upstairs as a dressing room we found that our clothes were damp causing is to leave a day earlier. We did ask for the downstairs heating to be adjusted which the owners did remotely. Also as a older generation couple we found the so called smart TV, to smart for us to use. Just thankfully that somebody left there iplayer info on he tv.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re pleased you enjoyed the location and the property itself. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you describe; however, we would like to clarify a few points, as parts of the review are factually incorrect. The property has full central heating throughout, including the bedroom . The system is controlled by a single thermostat located downstairs, which is a common setup, and there are no restrictions on guests adjusting the temperature. When you contacted us, we responded promptly and adjusted the heating remotely for you. Following your comments, we have also just checked the heating system and can confirm it is functioning correctly, including the upstairs bathroom radiator, which is in full working order. We appreciate that smart TVs may not be familiar to everyone. Clear instructions are provided, and guests are always welcome to contact us directly for assistance , something we are happy to do at any time. We regret that you chose to leave a day early and are sorry that these concerns were not fully communicated at the time, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve them promptly. We appreciate all feedback and will continue to ensure our guest information is clear and accessible. Property Owner
