    “We had a very enjoyable stay.”

    Just the downstairs shower room needs re grouting, refreshing, there is lots of black mould in the shower and around toilet base.

The ground floor king-size double bedroom offers an en-suite with a walk-in shower, enabling guests with poorer mobility a welcoming stay, while upstairs, the two other bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms, ensuring no queues in the morning!

Furnished in a tasteful and contemporary style, this delightful holiday home feels warm and welcoming.

Airy Hill Farm Cottages

These beautifully converted stone barns, are set on the edge of the bustling seaside town of Whitby, just over half a mile from the centre and are perfect for families wanting to enjoy the many attractions in this historic town and the stunning countryside of the North York Moors National Park. With spacious open plan living areas, they are bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing plenty of light to flood in and doors opening onto small, private and sheltered patios. Tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, they have a touch of luxury, with travertine floors, Smeg appliances and comfortable leather sofas. With cosy woodburners, ideal for cool evenings, the cottages are warm and welcoming. Each property is slightly different, catering for all family needs, whether it be a ground floor bedroom or a walk-in shower. Next to the cottages is a public footpath, which leads into woodland and onto the Esk Valley Walk, whilst the nearby, disused railway, The Cinder Track, is ideal for walkers, cyclists and horse riders. A must is a climb up the 199 steps to the famous abbey, or a windswept clifftop walk along the Cleveland Way.
