“Bed was a bit low compared with normal bed height.”

Also mattress slightly sags in the middle. Apart from this minor detail the cottage was well situated & advantage of free parking. The welcome pack was very lovely but as people travel a long way a pint of milk would be a good addition.

It is lovely that you enjoyed the welcome pack which has been especially chosen from a local bakery to provide a nice welcome for guests. There is ample tea, coffee, coffee pods for the new coffee machine, powdered milk and sugar in the cottage to make a drink upon arrival, which would be lovely accompanied with a nice treat from the welcome pack. There is a local shop just a few minutes walk away which is handy for any groceries you may need. We were not made aware of any issue with the bed during your stay but will ensure it is checked and the mattress turned if required. We did our best to help you upon your arrival, contacting the owner of another parking space to make alternative arrangements and provide more suitable parking for your larger car. We strive to provide a lovely experience for guests, always trying our best to help and provide lots of additional touches in the cottage for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Property Owner
