Making it hard to get any fresh air when it’s hot which it was when we were there. We bumped into the neighbour or landlord of the adjoining houses. Although friendly he was telling us we could not make any noise after 9pm. 11pm is considered normal. Plus because it was so hot we had to have the back doors open to keep the place cool. We were fearful of making any noise which made us less relaxed. As it happened we did not make any noise and we adhered to the hot tub rule as we are respectful. But 11pm I feel would be more reasonable: not including hot tub.
