The property is arranged over three floors; to the ground floor is the living accommodation – sitting room and kitchen diner.  Off the kitchen is a small, enclosed courtyard.

There is a 1st and 2nd floor, both of which are accessed by narrow stairs.  To the first floor is a double bedroom and the bathroom, which has a free-standing bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin.

To the second floor is a twin bedroom; because some of the space has reduced headroom, this is more ideally suited for children.

To the front is a small enclosed front garden.

The property is accessed through a iron gate, down several stone steps.
