Just 100 yards from the golden beach with sea views and situated in a quiet residential area, this is a superior semi-detached house with conservatory, private gardens and on-drive parking. A lovely holiday property on the south side of Bridlington and overlooks a golf course to the rear, it’s an ideal location for a wonderful family holiday.

Very clean, spacious, well equipped, excellent location

Very impressed that the issue with tv was dealt with promptly. The only little downsides were, lack of a small sharp knife, the en suite shower wasn’t very powerful and a little too much conditioner in the gorgeous fluffy towels. Overall, we were very happy with the property and are looking to book again next year.

Mrs Hallam
The house was perfect for us. It was spacious enough for us all and all the bits that come with a family of 5 beach holiday and we never felt ontop of each other. We had the most incredible weather the week we went so we made the most of its close location to the beach and spent everyday walking there and having a great time. The house had everything we needed as a family and the beds were nice and comfy. Hoping to come back to this great house in a perfect location.
Mrs Emmott-myles
Well positioned. Immaculately clean. Excellent facilities. Comfortably furnished. All in all a first class place to stay.
Mrs A Doy
Lovely spacious house with the beach just round the corner . Had everything we needed for a self catering holiday.
Mrs Nolan
What a great place to stay, I would definitely return in the future, The house is brilliant, so much room you can find your own space, The garden is also great, on a nice day you can relax outside and watch the sun come down in the evening, I took my elderly mother & auntie away for their first holiday in 3 years, They wanted to be close to the sea (easily accessible) which this is, You walk around the corner to a slope or steps to get down to the beach, They loved the short walk across the front to the cafe at the end. Having a third bedroom opens up taking more people next time.
Mr Boulton
Lovely house in a great location. Facilities first class would definitely book again.
Mr Turner
A lovely, spacious and comfortable house, close to our favourite sandy beach. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else - already booked our third trip to Belvedere House next year!
Mr Vicol
Omg the house was amazing and so big. Plenty of space and immaculate. The beds we so comfortable to sleep in x perfect location and the sea views from upstairs window
Mrs Bennett
This is the third time we’ve stayed at Belvedere House. The location of the property is fantastic with the beach on the doorstep. One of our previous comments was the lack of crockery and this has been remedied to a point but a few more glasses are needed. We came across a couple of mugs and a glass that were chipped/cracked which I left out with a note for the Housekeeper. Comfort-wise the house is lovely and gets lots of sun. Thank you for another great stay.
Mrs Kirk
The property was mostly ok just a few minor issues Mirrors needed in bedrooms More comfortable garden furniture needed they were all wooden and upright More attention to tidiness and cleanliness inside kitchen cupboards Apart from these the accommodation was lovely
Mr Thorpe
A great place to stay and close to the beach.
Mr Studd
Had a lovely break in a well kept and spacious home.Very close to the south beach and Tesco supermarket. Would use sykes cottages again and stay here again.
Mr Wilson
The accommodation was spotless including the windows and extremely well equipped. The linen very good quality and much appreciated. You couldn’t wish for a better position. The owners really made an effort. Thank you.
Mrs Burr
The property was great, good location, good size, lovely and clean. The only improvement would be better blinds/curtains as it got quite light in the bedrooms.
