Wow what a beautiful property, location,cleanliness,comfort etc… all perfect.

If the week after us hadn’t been taken we would have stayed another week.margert the host is a beautiful person,and a great baker,whack you for the welcome pack it was lovely. Will definately recommend and will be booking again,thank you x

It's unusual to find a holiday home that has eveything you have at home.

Lovely house with everything that was needed for our family holiday.

Kids loved the home made cakes from the welcome pack that was left for us. Grandma loved the well kept garden. Dad was happy with the tv and I was happy that everyone was happy! Margaret was very welcoming with a phone call before we arrived. Well situated for a beach holiday. Within walking distance of the main Prom with all its arcades and icecream parlours but far enough away not to be annoying. Very clean house with top quality bedding and towels. Thank you and look forward to staying again.

Another wonderful stay at North Bay Cottage.

Everything perfect as usual. I am reluctant to say that this is the best property we have stayed in because I don't want others to book it and stop us getting the dates we want

As a family we travel to this area a lot and this is by far the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in.

The house was clean inviting and you could see the owner takes pride in taking care of the accommodation and her guests. Everything was there that we needed - there was hand soaps in every toilet plenty of towels to wash through and change, and lots games for my girls to play with. The owner very kindly left us a fabulous welcome pack which included chocolate,rock, homemade preserves and a beautiful homemade cake! We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and were very sad to leave this beautiful property! We will definitely be rebooking here in the future when we come back to bridlington! 10 out of 10 - can’t recommend enough!

Another wonderful stay in this beautiful property.

Such a high standard of cleaning and decor, beautiful touches throughout. The added bonus of a gift package on arrival is extremely thoughtful and very much appreciated. The location is ideal and the off street parking is a massive perk. We will be back in July and cant wait!

We have recently returned from a weeks holiday staying in this beautifully decorated and well equipped holiday home.

Such a warm welcome when we arrived with a lovely homemade cake and other goodies. House well thought out , warm, cosy and homely . Located within 10 mins walk to North Bay beach with Tesco express just over the road. Easy to walk into the town centre. What’s not to like !

This is our second Christmas staying at North Bay cottage and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time.

I would highly recommend it.

The North Bay Cottage is perfectly situated to visit the beach, promenade and the town.

It is extremely clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would need for a week away in Bridlington.

Out of the 20 odd cottages we've visited with sykes this is definitely the best, this is the second time we've been to North Bay cottage and it didn't disappoint, comfort, cleanliness and location all great, will definitely be back.

Outstanding in every way and in an excellent location.

The cottage is in immaculate condition with high quality fittings throughout. We could not have been more comfortable.

So easy to get to the beach!

This was our second stay at North Bay Cottage.

Basically everything was the same as a year ago, which is to say that the property was immaculately clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and there was a lovely welcome package on arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend the property.

A lovely cottage, well maintained and many nice and thoughtful touches.

A gentle stroll to the seafront and to the main shops, and some local shops take-aways etc close by, and also a park and cafe just around the corner.

Brilliant home from home, would recommend.

Bay Tree Cottage.

A beautiful well maintained, comfortable cottage. We felt at home straight away. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds. A good night's sleep was had by all. However, pillows too soft for my husband. Enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden too. Easy walk to beach and shops. Welcome pack of homemade cakes, jams etc was great. Thank you.

Was one of the best properties we have stayed it.

Everything was spotless and well furnished. The owner left an amazing welcome pack, including homemade cake and preserves. Definitely a home from home. Very well situated within easy walking distance to the beach and Bridlington town centre and couple minutes from convenience store. Highly recommended. Many thanks to the owner for her attention to details that enhanced our stay.

The cottage was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very well equipped.

The extra touches of homemade cake, marmalade, chutney and other goodies were above and beyond. Margaret got back to us quickly with answers to questions and got in touch to tell us the cottage was ready if we wanted to check in early. We really enjoyed our stay ❤️

Lovely warm house with plenty of space .

Great location not far to walk to the beach or town centre . Fabulous selection of goodies left by the owner for us to enjoy . Milk in the fridge and tea/coffee so we could enjoy a cuppa after our journey , was a lovely touch. We will definitely return to North Bay Cottage

Lovely well kept property in a good location for the beach and local facilities ( shops etc).

There was a generous welcome pack and a lovely home made cake from the owner which was much appreciated and we hope to return again one day.

This holiday home is one of the best we have stayed in.

It was warm, particularly with the freezing conditions, comfortable, well equipped and the owner left us some delicious goodies to have during our stay. There was even Yorkshire decaf tea and coffee bags which was going the extra mile. We will definitely be back!!

A Lovely well maintain property .

We felt it was home from home. A lovely welcome pack especially the bithday cakes which was a lovely surprise. A perfect positiion for going into town and also a nice walk to the sea front. Everything was perfect in the house, the bed was so comfortable we had the best night sleep Margaret was a lovely person and helpful.

Beautiful holiday home that did feel like home.

Margaret had very kindly left a gorgeous welcome pack.Beds comfortable,lovely large bath towels, thick curtains that shut out the light,house was clean, kitchen had everything.Ample size garden,secure for our dog.Would highly recommend and hope to return.Thank you Margaret.

North bay cottage was wonderful accommodation .

Exceptionally clean cosy and well maintained . The attention to detail in every room also the furnishings were fabulous absolutely has been forgotten even down to towels for the dog. We would not hesitate staying here again and would definitely recommend .

Margaret could not have been more helpful.

Something broke whilst we were away and she was very apologetic and arranged to come and fix it without fuss. The property is just beautiful. Everything has been thought of. All of the family especially enjoyed the huge bath in the ensuite! We plan to book for next year asap. Margaret, thank you for everything. You and your house were such a blessing to us this summer.

The best holiday cottage we have ever used; clean, tidy and extremely well equipped.

The welcome pack was exceptional including chocolate bars for a young granddaughter. I have no hesitation in recommending North Bay Cottage to anyone looking for a seaside break.

Absolutely lovely stay at North Bay Cottage.

Everything we needed, and more, was provided. The house was very spacious , spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable with quality fittings. The garden was private and beautiful to sit in and great to have private parking. Ideal location for us with shop very close and within walking distance to beach and town. The owner was very friendly and provided us with a very generous (and delicious) welcome pack. One of the best properties we have stayed in. Thank you

Best cottage we've ever stayed in!

They've thought of so many things - there's a coffee machine with pods, lots of loo rolls, plenty of clean towels, bubble bath and a home-made victoria sponge greeted us on arrival, which tasted amazing. Everything worked and was spotless! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again :)

North Bay Cottage is absolutely beautiful.

The garden and outside space is very well maintained. Margaret has catered for everything. It has space to park your car which is an added bonus. Great location, near shops and the beach. Generous welcome pack including home made cakes was very much appreciated. We can highly recommend staying here and will return again.

Fabulous house with everything you could need and in a great area of Bridlington.

Furnishings and fittings top class and a lovely welcome pack was an extra special touch. Lovely garden too. Also beds really comfy. Would definately recommend had a great stay.

Can highly recommend this holiday cottage.

It's an outstanding self-catering accommodation, beautifully decorated with a lovely modern kitchen. Spacious, comfortable and clean, with everything you need for a great holiday. Plus a lovely secluded garden to sit in. We received a wonderful welcome pack on arrival, including home made cake and milk in the fridge. The cottage is perfectly situated, only a short walk to the beach, shops including a bakery, Tesco, fish & chips, Chinese only 5 mins away.

North Bay cottage is ideally situated close to the beach and within a short walk of Bridlington town centre.

The property is beautiful and well maintained and fitted to an high standard. All our needs were catered for. The generous welcome pack with homemade cakes and marmalade was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend!

Of Al the numerous cottages we've stayed in with sykes this has been far the best.

There was a lovely and generous welcome pack, a warm welcome on arrival by Margaret. The cottage was spotlessly clean,beds where very comfortable, and a bonus of a downstairs toilet not mentioned in the description. Location was great for the beach and a short walk into bridlington. This is surely a cottage that we will be returning to in the near future.

Margaret’s absolutely stunning holiday property did not disappoint.

The location is prefect, just a short walk to the sea to town, and the photos don’t do the house justice - the decor is beautiful, as is the garden. The property was absolutely spotless, with lots of home comforts, luxurious linens and everything that you could need for a very comfortable stay. The tvs in the main bedroom and dining room, as well of the lounge were very much appreciated on an evening with teenagers, so we could all relax and do our own thing separately if needed. The downstairs loo was a bonus too, particularly as I have poor mobility and I wasn’t sure when we booked if it would have one. The master bedroom is beautifully spacious, with a lovely en-suite including a bath and provided bubble bath, which was a great way to end the day. We all really appreciated the homemade cake and jams, what a lovely surprise that was. Margaret the owner, was great at communicating too, and although there were zero issues, I’m sure she’d reply swiftly if there were any. We’d definitely like to return.

This was a very comfortable house, lovely welcome gifts too.

Garden is lovely with patio chairs and table. Although railway is at the back the trains only ran during the day, earliest 7.30am. Very convenient for shops and seafront. Thank you Margaret. Will definitely stay again

A fantastic well kept house with lots of equipment included, even things you wouldn't expect I.

e t-towels, laundry liquid, hand-wash, plenty of tea and coffee including decaff etc. There were even little extras included, some home made jam and marmalade, homemade flapjack, some chocolate, a stick of rock for the children and an Easter egg, hot cross buns and even milk in the fridge. On the day of leaving the owner arrived to clean the house, we apologised as we were a bit late leaving, she allowed us time to finish packing and said not to rush. I'd recommend this house, it's close to the beach, shops, pubs, restaurants, and a train line at the bottom of the garden (which you can't hear due to excellent windows and doors) , yet it's so quiet and peaceful, a fantastic home from home. The photos don't show the house as fantastic as it is. We'd certainly return if we ever want to holiday in Bridlington again.
