Lovely property.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Well appointed with everything you need and owners Paul and Jude were on hand and very welcoming. The garden was secure and ideal for our Border Collie to run around whilst we relaxed in the garden. Ideally situated near the centre of town, although so peaceful you wouldn't know, with easy access to both beaches and the wider area of Bridlington. Would definitely recommend and we will book again.

The Annex was a lovely find, well presented and spotless.

We loved it because it was quite private and safe for our dog who made herself at home. Also it was in a good position for a walk in the park and the beach

Wow when we first walked into The Annexe was our first impression it smelt fresh and clean and the garden was a delight with shrubs and bright flowers in the basket.

The were well catered for as well with blankets and treats. Though when we booked there was no mention of a welcome pack in fact the essentials were catered for i.e. milk, tea, coffee etc plus little packets of sweets. We booked for 12 nights and although the property is close to town there was very little noise so if you want to be within walking distance of amenities The Annexe is well located. A couple of issues for there are no laundry facilities although there is a laundrette close by, also the lack of cupboard space to store anything. I had could communication with the owners Jude and Paul and they were very helpful.

Fabulous place.

Everything you could ever need for a comfortable holiday. The owners were so kind, we arrived at the start of a heatwave and they had bought a big fan for us as they thought we might be too warm. The kitchen is well designed with absolutely everything you might ever need! The new sofas were so comfortable too! All I can say is book with confidence you won't regret it.

A lovely property with a secure garden for our 2 pooches, off-road parking, and secure parking through the double gates if required, very comfortable, and hosts were lovely.

Near the centre of the prom, so not far either way to the dog beach or town centre. There are plenty of dog friendly places to eat and visit. We will definitely be going back.

This is without a doubt, one of the cleanest and absolute pristine holiday homes we have rented.

The owners, (Jude & Paul), were superb hosts, very helpful with local places to visit, eager to assist with any potential issues, (although there were none during our stay) and still kept out of your way, making you feel able to relax in their adorable apartment. We would definitely return here again... awesome place. Thanks Guys.

We have visited this property before and as always enjoyed our stay.

I would add though the sofa is comfortable but trying to get up from the seating position is very trying. Other than that, everything is "spot on".

An absolute gem, clean, comfortable, warm, very well equipped, always take a back up box of essentials, didn’t have to use anything.

Lots of thoughtful extras, loved the cookies and sweetiesThe owners live on site and are very welcoming and helpful. Lovely enclosed garden, peaceful and parking space right next to property. Five minutes to beach and 20 into town. Handy for driving along the coast, we went to Filey, Bempton Cliffs, Flamborough Head, Sewerby. The best place have we stayed in and will certainly be back.

The annexe is simply beautiful home from home ,with the beach being only 5 mins away was a winner for our dog she loves it, the town with multiple shops and chip shops are 6 mins away.

We had a ride out on the 2 full days we were there and had some lovely meals were dogs are excepted overall trip was excellent and we would book it again.

Spick and span.

Very comfortable although the settee didn't want to let us go. Safe outside space for our house cat. Difficult to find..just look for the alleyway and its directly to the right. About 5 mins to the bus station. Great stay

Very clean, tastefully furnished, lots of room and comfortable.

Quiet little oasis and lovely outdoor area. Safe and private parking. 10 minute walk to the seafront. Very welcoming hosts. Ideal for touring the area or local walks on the clifftops.

We spent 5 nights at The Annexe and could not have wished for a better break away in Bridlington.

The accommodation was so clean and comfortable with all the facilities required for a relaxing stay. Having a good sized enclosed garden for our Standard Poodle was perfect and it is only a 5/10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The Annexe is perfect whether or not you have a canine friend (there wasn't a dog hair in sight!) and having an allocated parking space on the drive was appreciated. Jude and Paul go above and beyond to make sure their guests have all they need for a perfect holiday and we will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay at the Annexe.

Everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean home from home. The only downside and it is a small observation was that the fridge was slightly too small however it was Christmas and we did have a lot of extra food which we would not normally bring. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend.

On arrival at Trinity Rd ,we could not see a bungalow, but a quick call to the owner showed us the gated driveway to the accommodation at the side of their house.

The bungalow was clean and welcoming with all the facilities we could need for our stay. A lovely big open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with 2 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a separate toilet/wash room. The enclosed outside area and garden gave our dog, Megan, plenty of room to run and play. The beach and town centre were easily accessible.

What a gem!

The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable, light and well equipped. Everything we needed for our stay. Even managed to have some time reading in the garden in the sunshine. The birds on the bird table outside the bedroom were a delight. Jude, the owner, was extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The Annexe is very convenient for beach, town and bus stops. Had a thoroughly enjoyable break and would certainly recommend The Annexe to family and friends.

My wife has a few mobility issues, so the fact that it’s all on one level was a real positive for us. It even has a walk in shower. The place has a good location, close enough to the sea, and within easy walking distance to the town centre. The Annexe is very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Outside is nice and private, and a great suntrap, if you’re lucky enough to drop on sunny weather. (We did, fortunately). It’s also great if you have a dog, as the garden is enclosed, and safe. The hosts Jude and Paul are really nice people, and clearly care very much that guests have a lovely time, in quality surroundings. We would highly recommend the annexe, and hopefully we’ll be back again soon.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture everything you could wish for. My dog loved the garden, it is fenced so he was safe to run about. What an absolute gem of a place,so clean and comfy and very private,owners jude and paul are fantastic,lovely people,only 10mins walk to centre of brid ( so no pricey parking fee's), dogs can run freely in a secure garden,as can children,I can highly recommend the annexe for your perfect little getaway.

This beautiful accommodation just a few minutes walk from the seafront and shops is an absolute gem.

The owners have thought of everything from the best equipped kitchen to the extra comfy beds and sofa. Everything was exceptionally clean and of a high standard. Our dog loved the pretty, safe, enclosed garden, a perfect little sun trap. We loved it here and definitely plan to return for future holidays.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Annexe and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a location within walking distance of the beach, off road parking and a secure garden for the dogs to run around in.

The property was very clean and modern and we felt really at home in it.

When we arrived at the Annexe we found everything just perfect.

The owners were very pleasant and said if there was anything we needed, just call them. The property was very clean and comfortable with a nice large bed in one of the bedrooms. The small garden at the front of The Annex was private and my Yorkie dog just loved to patter around the grassed area. All in all, a lovely holiday home which would appeal to any age.

Lovely home from home.

Everything you could want i'e fully equipped kitchen, off road parking. Close to the sea, could not fault.

Lovely home from home, spotlessly clean and comfortable, lovely sitting out area, great for ambulatory wheelchair users, drove straight in with my chair, widened doorways, lower light switches and wet room.

Good central location, close to town and beaches. Fridge freezer is quite small, so best not to bring too much food with you. Hope to visit again soon.

Love this place, it’s warm, cosy and well equipped.

We’ve just come back from a lovely holiday at the Annexe.

It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well furnished. Jude and Paul were very helpful without being intrusive. Henry loved being able to wander in and out of the garden. The beach and town are in easy walking distance so no need to take the car out.

A superb property in a fantastic location.

I booked The Annexe for a weekend for my parents. Jude and Paul couldn’t have done more to make their stay better.

Really enjoyed our stay at the annexe.

The beach is a 5 minute walk. The annexe itself is well presented and felt very private and tucked away in the residential area. We had everything we needed at the annexe and will be booking again for next year with our dogs. The garden is a private secure garden and the dogs could not get out!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Annexe Having some mobility difficulties I found it perfect for my needs Bed was high and extremely comfortable The walk in shower was excellent having appropriate flooring, hand rail and both toilets were higher than the normal bathroom toilets, which for me personally was a great plus We liked the fact that the bedrooms were at separate ends of the building Giving you more privacy say if friends were sharing the accommodation The open plan living space was of a good size and well furnished Lots of little finishing touches The garden / parking space were very good It allowed us to get our car off the front of the property and the garden was great for ourselves and our dog She was secure in the enclosed space and we could enjoy sitting outside taking in the sun The owners were very caring and friendly Would recommend The Annexe to everyone

Well what a beautiful little gem of a property.

It was so comfortable to relax in. It had everything we needed for a group of 4 adults and a dog. there was nothing we needed whilst there, every little detail had been taken care of from a fully functioning and well equipt kitchen including a ninja dual airfryer, to dogs blankets, doggy towels and even a set of dog bowls. The beds were so comfy and you had a choice of 2 singles or kingsize in one bedroom and lovely double in the other room. The shower was lovely and the bonus of an extra loo off the living area was great. The garden was wel maintained and had lovely seating area with cushions. Jude was very friendly and we exchanged a few texts where she updated us on a local food festival that was being held which I thought was very thoughtful. Although the Annexe had everything we needed, if it didn't I have no doubt that Jude would have accommodated any wishes we had. I cannot wait to return TBH the access to to town and of course the beautiful beaches is second to none. I cannot fault anything with regards to accommodation and location.

The secure enclosed garden is private and dog friendly. It's in a good location, walking distance to the promenade and beaches. Lovely hosts too.

When we booked the Annex it was advertised as having 2 Bathrooms.

This was particularly important to us because we had our disabled son with us. It was only on arrival and reading the most up todate information that one of the bathrooms had been demoted to a cloakroom toilet. This was a problem. for us and if we were aware at the time of Booking we would have looked for an alternative. The Annex was clean and well furnished and apart from the second bathroom was ideal for our needs.

The Annexe, Bridlington is well situated in the town being convenient for the North Promenade, town centre, harbour and South beach.

The Annexe is dog friendly and we took our spaniel with the two of us. The garden and courtyard is secure as the Annexe occupants can control the opening of its gates from the inside. (Our hosts, Paul and Jude also have their own dogs so have alleviated any dog-proof concerns.) The accommodation is as described with the decor, fittings and equipment being in excellent condition and of good quality. There is a mini supermarket virtually at the eastern end of Trinity Road for essentials (e.g. wine) and a good selection of pubs, restaurants and an inexpensive cocktail bar Cocktail Revolution within comfortable walking distance. Paul and Jude are locals and know the area so for advice, answers to relevant questions, just ask. There were welcome goodies awaiting, for both human and dog guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous pad !

The hosts have thought of everything. Little touches to make your stay home from home. The garden was safe. With locked high gates. We were able to park our car inside the annexe too for added security. Garden was part patio and part grass. Dogs loved it. Heating can be controlled internally so no worries on the chilly days. Fabulous shower. Comfy beds. Loo roll. Linens and towels provided along with tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits! Added bonus of a ninja air fryer too if you want to cook. Short walk into the town. Can recommend Little Scilily ITALIAN restaurant. We had a lovely Bank Holiday here and would def like to return in the future.

Spotlessly clean and modern everything there to make our holiday special there is even a Ninja! Owners were really lovely and nothing too much trouble for them. Daisy loved out in the garden chasing pigeons. We will definitely return. Would highly recommend.

This was our 2nd stay at The Annexe & we can’t wait to return.

The Annexe is spotlessly clean & is well equipped. Having the air frying brought in for us during our stay, was a game changer at meal times. The owners, Paul & Jude, live next door & are on hand if needed. During our recent stay, Paul even gritting the path for us during the freezing weather…much appreciated as I am a wheelchair user & was staying there with elderly relatives. Thank you Jude & Paul for making our week there so enjoyable.

The Annexe is a well equipped home from home that has lots of little ‘touches’ around the place to make is that little bit more special; the dogs loved their treats & so did we

Everything provided. Clean and comfortable. Difficult to give a detailed assessment as there was nothing to criticise from my experience.

We have stayed in many different places, either through Sykes Cottages or other providers; however, the Annex has to be the most exceptional of them all.

It was perfectly placed to walk to most amenities, it was excellent in its design, it was scrupulously clean and the owners were welcoming and warm natured. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay for a few days in the beautiful annexe.

Had everything we needed for a short stay. Lovely, clean and comfy beds. Happy to make up as a king bed for us rather than twin bed. All level access for anyone with mobility difficulties and walk in shower with handrail. Met the owners during our stay who were lovely and helpful. We will be visiting again when we head to the coast.

The Annexe is exceptional.

Everything is brand new for the 2023 season and of real high quality. Literally everything you needed was there. We stayed as a family of 4 and loved everything about it - lovely little sun trap garden with seating, spacious and really comfortable living area and just a two minute walk (or 5 minutes with kids!) to the beach and promenade. One of the best accomodations that we've stayed with, with Sykes and the owners next door couldn't have been more helpful or lovely.
