East Row Lodge is a fully refurbished ground floor apartment and annex arranged around a private decked courtyard garden immediately opposite the beach. The entrance to the apartment is private, and not shared with the apartments above.

Please park in the dedicated spaces opposite the apartment adjoining the beck. The spaces are clearly marked Ground Floor East Row Lodge. There is room for two cars, with tandem parking. If you have especially long vehicles, the space may not be suitable for two cars.
East Row Lodge
There is one steep step externally between the decked garden and the apartment, and two steps up to the detached suite.
The apartment is all situated on the ground floor, although there is one shallow step between the hall and the kitchen and main bathroom, although a ramp can be provided upon advance request. There are two steps between the main bedroom and the en-suite shower room.
With double entrance doors, the porch stores logs for the wood burning stove, and beach chairs, wind break, buckets and spades.
A wide reception hall with windows to the front and side. The wall mounted thermostat controls the heating level throughout the apartment.
A lovely room with two sofas and a comfortable leather armchair together with coffee table and bookcase to the rear of the fireplace. The book case contains a collection of novels, autobiographies, etc., a collection of DVDs and board games and jigsaw puzzles. The wood burning stove is available for chilly evenings, but please be very careful when using it, particularly if your party includes young children. The large flat screen TV is connected for Freeview and there is a Blueray player which also plays DVDs.
Kitchen & Dining Room
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4-ring induction hob and electric oven, fridge, dish washer, kettle, microwave oven, toaster etc. There is crockery and cooking utensils for 6, who can comfortably be seated around the farmhouse table on fitted benches and upholstered chairs.
The small utility room contains an automatic washing machine, condensing tumble drier and freezer. There is a further supply of light bulbs. The room also contains the ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. The room also houses the central heating programmer. The heating comes on twice a day, but can be adjusted to your requirements, with hot water constantly available. The thermostat for the central heating is located on the hall wall close to the entrance.

A charming twin room with 3ft beds with individual wall mounted reading lamps, central bedside unit, chest of drawers and clothes hanging rail. Two circular porthole windows.
A spacious bathroom, having ceramic tiled floor and walls comprising: double ended bath with shower over, wash hand basin and wc. There is an electric shaver socket and fitted shaving mirror.
The Beach Hut Suite
Bedroom A lovely room with king-size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table and chair. Electric under floor heating is provided throughout, including the shower room – the control is wall mounted. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the annex – so a cup of tea in bed is available! The annex bedroom has an en-suite shower room, with walk-in shower cubicle, wc and wash hand basin.
The gardens at East Row Lodge have been extensively decked and are a lovely spot to enjoy an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner watching the sun go down whilst listening to the crashing of the waves. Good quality garden furniture with seating for 8 is provided.
Each bedroom is supplied with a hair drier, towels and quality linen and duvets.
