Fabulous property.

Spotlessly clean with attention to detail. Amanda was very helpful with local information, heating controls and about using the Aga which was great to use. One of the nicest properties we’ve rented and so nice that we’ve booked for next year .

Rose Cottage was perfect--clean, nice facilities and roomy.

We were impressed that the owner visited us on the first night. As elderly ladies, there was just one thing which was a worry--quite difficult steps to one of the ground floor bedrooms. Perhaps that could be mentioned in the accessibility info. The house was in close proximity to the coast and the Cleveland Way--lots to see and do!
