Clean and comfortable house with off road parking in a great location to explore Filey and this part of Yorkshire, problem with smoke detectors sorted by owners electrician on the same day.

we would use Prestella again.

The property was outstanding, very clean and modern with every facility you could think of.

Communication with the owner was excellent and he was very prompt at getting back to us. Would not hesitate to return providing our dates were available.

House location good.

Parking and cleanliness very good. None of the 'smart' TVs received terrestrial channels which made them difficult and restrictive to use. Baffled as to why the main bedroom had only one side table which was very inconvenient. The lounge would have benefitted from a conventional 3 piece suite and definitely needed side/coffee tables. These oddities for us outweighed the pluses so we will not be rebooking. Shame as fairly simple fixes.

Dog shower was a game changer. Very convenient for Filey beach and surrounding area.

A perfect home from home.

Very comfortable beds and lovely hot shower. No restriction on the use of central heating, which is most unusual. Welcome pack, flowers and treats for the dogs. The owners even allowed us to take three dogs which were well catered for with secure outside space and doggie shower. Very highly recommended.

Presella is a wonderful house with everything you need to have a perfect holiday.

With the excellent idea to have a pet shower in the back garden with hot and cold water just the same as human shower my dogs loved it after days on the beach. The welcome pack and flowers on arrival were brilliant even fresh milk to have a lovely cuppa after long journeys. On arrival I didn't see the washing machine as couldn't get in garage at back due to being locked i contacted owners and they responded immediately saying it was a little door round the side at the front it was brilliant to be able to do all my washing before I came home. Comfy beds, spotless clean in every room. The only thing I could fault and it's just petty is the furniture in the back garden is getting a bit tatty due to weather being natural wood and 1 chair broken apart from that this place is wonderful. Really smart house, modern, clean, comfortable, well maintained in a great location.

Short walk to the seaside, easy access to buses, Filey has dozens of places to eat and drink. What more could you ask for....... Ten out of ten, great.

We had a lovely stay at Prestella, the house is fab with everything you need for your holiday.

Top quality appliances, bedding and towels. Lovely comfy bed. Dog friendly and parking at the back was a bonus for us, we never used the front door as from the back of the property there is a cut through onto main road so ideal when coming back as the dog shower was great to clean sandy paws and also used for the human feet

Had a lovely stay at Prestella, probably our only fault would be the cutlery, the tea spoons were a little flimsy.

The beds were comfy and so was the couch. Added advantage was having an air fryer makes cooking so much easier. It was great for us to have an enclosed garden this year in Filey so the dogs could enjoy a garden and we didn't have to go for a late night walk. The plan is to return soon.

Excellent property in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Prestella in Filey.

The house was spotless and very comfortable and very well equipped. Our dog Pippa enjoyed the treats that were there for her. We appreciated the dog shower outside when Pippa found the mud on her walks. The house is well positioned for many great walks around Filey. We hope to be back soon.

This was the second time this year we have stayed at Prestella ,, it’s an absolute gem of a place, there isn’t a negative , it was a lovely feeling walking through the front door it is still as wonderful as the first time we stayed, Helen & Dave have done a brilliant job with Prestella

Beautiful property and appreciated all the little extras and quality of appliances.

The only feedback is a mirror in the two smaller bedrooms would be appreciated. Great stay!

Loved Prestella.

Comfortable, very clean. Lovely soft bedding and comfortable beds, big fluffy towels. Everything is practically brand new. We hope it's available next time we are in Filey, we will be booking again!! Thank you!

Prestella is lovely, i was so impressed with it i didn't want to leave, it had everything we needed and more, the location was ideal, the county park was a five minute walk, the town and beach were in easy walking distance.

The weather was awful but we didn't care.. Hopefully we will be back next year. Thank you x

We had a fantastic holiday at Prestella.

The house was perfect. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden was lovely in the afternoons, after days out exploring the coast. It had parking next to the garden, which was brilliant, as this is not always the case with many holiday lets. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again in the future.

Lovely clean accommodation in Filey.

The house had all the amenities which you will require on holiday. On arrival we found milk, scones and eggs for the humans and treats for doggy. Also dog bowls and towels provided for them along with the outside dog shower. Prestella in an excellent position for going to the dog beach and wondering into Filey. Also other dog walks near by. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful holiday home - spotlessly clean and very well maintained.

Parking a bonus (we parked at the front in lay-by, as we were unsure how to access the back of the property- we eventually sussed it when we went inside). 10 minute walk from town, on bus route for Scarborough and Bridlington. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property, excellent value for money.

Ideally located to access Filey on foot- about a 15 min walk- so no worry finding and paying car parking! Very warm and cozy. Pretty much provides everything you need, plus plenty of extras. All items and fittings to a high quality. Lovely welcoming gifts. Would definitely use again and recommend.

WOW, a beautiful place , not one negative could be found, the owners have done a remarkable job for people booking & staying here, from walking through the front door spacious , exceedingly well equipped & clean , if we return to Filey I just hope they will have free dates but I’m sure they will be few & far between as it a wonderful place ,

A lovely home from home.

It has everything you could want. Very high standard of facilities. Clean and tidy. The welcome pack was a nice surprise. We had a lovely week, we were very comfortable. We had a small problem with the garden gate which was sorted by the owner within a couple of hours of reporting it to Sykes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although we encountered some initial challenges upon arrival, likely due to the weather.

The internet wasn't functioning, and we suspected a power outage as the microwave wasn't working either. We had difficulty locating the main switches and found no manuals for the appliances. Additionally, the lack of phone signal due to a downed phone mast in town made it impossible to contact anyone for assistance. Despite these hiccups, the Prestella was wonderful with new appliances and very clean. The following day, I managed to resolve the WiFi issue to the girls' delight, and from then on, everything was perfect. The thoughtful welcome gift hamper and flowers were a lovely touch. Thank you for a delightful experience; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your beautiful home to others.

Absolutely loved this place easy to get to the town center and the beach.

The fact we could take our two small dogs was a blessing the dog friendly Back garden was perfect. Everything you needed to compliment your holiday all I can say is we will be back in the new year for another holiday. Loved it.

Well equiped, modern cottage.

On busy through road, but shops, beach within walking distance. House is for sale with local real estate agent.

A lovely clean and well equipped property and a great walk into Filey too the only fault we found was the property was on a main road and as we live in a quite col-d-sac so it was extremely noisy with traffic for us but other wise we enjoyed our stay thank you
