.twice we had to wait in the cold for someone to come and assist in getting the heating back on ( in fairness they did turn up pretty quickly) . A further incident occurred , with the heating , on the Wednesday morning. By that time we had become fed up of having to ring to get someone out so we decided to return home a day early
