“Wow! Well Cottage is a fantastic place to stay!”

Helen and Lee are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble and the place is decorated throughout to the highest standard. It’s full of mod cons, beautiful artwork and lots of extra little touches that we’ve never had in places that we’ve stayed before. From a huge comfy bed to a luxury copper bath, top-notch showers, modern central heating, a beautiful log fire, a big secluded hot tub and private garden with furniture and bbq, the list goes on! And not forgetting the kitchen aid toaster ...

And not forgetting the kitchen aid toaster and kettle which we loved! It was just what we needed for a quiet relaxing week away and we didn’t want to leave! We visited Hull, Beverley and Hornsea which were all close by and had a fabulous time. (Lily’s Fish & Chips in Hornsea was the best we’ve ever had!) We also had a couple of days just chilling at the cottage and in the hot tub as the place is so cosy, homely and roomy and the huge tv’s (all with Sky movies and sports) meant that we could relax in real comfort! The welcome pack was first class and the bottle of bubbly went down a treat on my birthday! So basically what I am saying is do not hesitate to book this hidden gem, we have recommended it to family and friends and we’ll definitely be back. Congratulations Helen and Lee, you should be proud and hope to see you again soon, Jo & Vinny x
