  • Heather

“Most disappointing and not up to Sykes usual standard.”

Access appalling, squeezing along a narrow alley between the wall and industrial dustbins. The cottage is in need of a thorough clean and update. It smells of damp from the wet kitchen wall. Poorly equipped kitchen, oven sticky, cupboards not clean, stair rail to the first floor is loose, coat hooks hanging off the wall, lounge suite and blankets very shabby. Not confident about using Sykes again.
