With stunning sea views this is a newly, lovingly renovated cottage in the heart of Sandsend - perfect for families or couples wanting something special. This is fabulous - a wonderful, newly renovated property right on the front with superb sea and beach views and a superb balcony to sit and enjoy the views - just stunning! The beach inspired decor and great attention to detail make this a perfect choice for a holiday in glorious Sandsend.

The key collection and return is extremely prohibitive - to have to go into Whitby is very inconvenient and quite unnecessary when there is a secure key box to leave the key

Whitby is 3 miles from the property and if you do not have your own transport then it creates stress trying to access limited public transport to obtain the keys. This is something that would stop me from booking the property again. On the subject of booking again I think repeat bookings should not be charged the booking fee - this is a sure fire way of customers not booking with you again.

The service we have received from booking onwards has been very good.Turnstone Cottage, is by far, the best cottage we have ever stayed in. It was well equipped, great location, gorgeous views and very comfortable and clean. We had an amazing holiday and will be back to Yorkshire for a future holiday. Thank you to yourselves and the owners for such a great cottage.
Mrs Layton
Sykes service is not as good as the service was when Yorkshire Coastal cottages was independent. It's not as efficient, too far spread and certainly not as personal.

All highly satisfactory. Will book again.
