Lovely, spacious, clean property.

This was our third visit and it was as good as we remembered. There was everything you need for a lovely holiday, with lots of space for the family. The large gardens are fully enclosed so our little dogs were safe and loved running around. We would definitely recommend a stay here and look forward to coming back in the future.

We were 5 adults and found the bungalow spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Large shed for bikes was key for us. Quiet in an evening with walks on little used lanes. Great holiday home.

Yet again we have had a most comfortable holiday at Pinfold View, I would recommend it totally a most wonderful location within easy reach of so many places to explore.

A fantastic base for exploring the East Yorks coast.

Pinfold is very spacious, with a huge garden and parking for 5/6 cars. It was lovely and warm which was very welcome in a cold February. The layout is brilliant, lots of space for everyone, including a second lounge if you want peace and quiet. The kitchen is large with ample room to prepare a meal. The Swan Inn, a 2 minute walk away, is now permanently closed which seemed to happen suddenly and be a shock to locals.

Pinfold is a spacious bungalow with a huge garden which our dog loved, the layout is brilliant, lots of space for everyone, we were a party of 7 plus 2 dogs.

The kitchen is large with ample room to prepare a meal. On arrival lots of the crockery, glasses and cutlery were not clean, we soon discovered that the dishwasher was not the best, regularly not cleaning even on the hottest cycle, lots of hand washing was done, which was not a problem. There was a lack of glasses, no small type tumblers, so we purchased some and brought them back home, not a full set of wine glasses, again not a huge issue, the knives were very blunt , no jugs for gravy, sauce etc. only one muffin type baking trays, but luckily I took lots of disposable ones. Just a little more attention is needed for kitchen equipment, especially for stays over Christmas especially with the huge price hike we as customers have to pay.

Absolutely wonderful, great for families, plenty of space for all eight of us and plus an amazing garden for our two dogs !

The bungelow was everything we hoped for, beautifully clean, spacious, in a wonderful setting.

Lovely clean, comfortable, spacious bungalow with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. The village is so quiet and peaceful and the garden huge and safe for our dog who thoroughly enjoyed herself!

Pinfold view is a lovely bungalow in the village of Seaton near Hornsea in East Yorkshire.

It is spacious and comfortable, with everything needed for a self catering break for up to 8 people. Once inside, the whole of the bungalow is easily accessible for someone with mobility problems. Access is via 2 steps, but a portable ramp is provided. It is well situated for visiting a wealth of local attractions on the coast (Hornsea, Withernsea, Spurn Point, Bridlington etc.) and in land (Hull, Beverley, Market Weighton, Driffield, Burton Constable, Burton Agnes etc.). We will definitely consider returning at some time in the future.

Excellent spacious, comfy bungalow with large secure garden, enjoyed by us all from 18mths old to 85yrs old.

Good position to explore east coast and wolds. Lots to enjoy in area for all ages. Already sung Pinfolds praises to other family and friends. Will definitely be back next year.

This property is excellent everything you need was there we cant rate it highly enough the whole place was very spacious and clean with plenty of room for our lab in the huge garden and just lovely watching the lambs with their babies in the field next door.

We also enjoyed our visit to Bridlington ,Hornsea and Beverly which were a delight. Thank You From Gill,Dennis and kisses from doggy Amber xx

Had a great stay here at Pinfold.

The bungalow was very spacious and was a perfect size for a family of 8 and 2 dogs. The garden..... Wow. It was thoroughly enjoyed by the family and dogs. The Pub is a 10 seconds walk (bonus) My only issues was the mattress in the double bedroom to the back of the house, I found it quite uncomfortable and the springs pranged with movement. Some blinds in there would to be a blessing as it's rather bright when the sun rises. ( But this is my preference, some may prefer natural light coming through). I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful bungalow.

Only things I would suggest is new mattresses in the front bedroom mattresses uncomfortable. Rooms could easily take super king beds & the back bedroom matress doesn't fit the bed properly. Also the sound on the lounge tv is awful. Couldn't hear it. Sounded like it was under water. I like to watch TV in the evening so missed that on my holiday. Other than that very happy with the bungalow. We had a lovely time

Pinfold View proved to be a very spacious yet cosy bungalow spotlessly clean and well equipped with a great secure garden for our dog to explore, nicely positioned for exploring the Yorkshire Coast and beyond, highly recommend and a credit to the owners, thanks for the excellent welcoming pack too, we hope to return.

What a great property!

Well maintained, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beds were comfy and the showers great. The quiet room was a wonderful bonus. Sadly as with many holiday let's the sofas were incredibly low and very difficult to get up from, maybe some blocks to raise them up? We would deff have no hesitation in returning. It's a lovely place to stay

My wife and I thought the property was beautiful and the location was perfect, we just had a problem with the cleanliness, the property had a musty/fusty smell on the towels and bedding, my wife had to wash some towels before we could use them and we bought some linen spray for the bed.

There was crumbs under the sofa cushions, some in the kitchen and some of the windows were dirty especially the patio doors. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

The property accommodates 8 easily, and is well laid out.

The children loved the garden which is massive and able to take a family playing ball games. There is a games room at the end of the house if you want to sit and have a bit of quite time. There wasn’t anything we wanted that we didn’t find in all the cupboards. And the beds are very comfortable! Which is great. Would go back again, thanks .

This was our second visit to Pinfold View at Seaton as all our 3 generations of family absolutely love it - spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable.

There is everything there we could possibly need. Also a very peaceful location with a huge garden and near to the coast and lots of attractions. Can definitely recommend for a family holiday.

A lovely property in a lovely area very much enjoyed by all of us.

Everything you could want and more is provided. Huge garden for the dogs to run around in which we made use of. Plenty of space so everybody could enjoy time together playing games at the table in the evenings or quiet time reading in the 'sun' room at top of the hall. All in all I would totally recommend and no doubt we will return.

A very spacious cottage, in a great location. Suitable for all...especially the four legged friend in the huge gardens! Plenty to do and visit in the surrounding area, with a great bus service just yards away. We'll be back!!

Pinfold View is a bungalow in the village of Seaton.

Perfectly situatef for seaside towns of Hornsey, Bridlington and Scarborough. The cottage is amazing. So spacious. Four large bedrooms, beautifully decorated. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Huge garden on one side and patio garden on the other. Shed with garden furniture. One problem - the TV, we had some problems getting it to turn on and off. Sometimes we would lose reception altogether. Might be a problem for families with children who want to watch favourite programmes. There is a 'very' local pub The Swan, it is closed Monday Tuesdays and opens from 4pm other days. Does NOT do food. Would highly recommend Pinfold View, wonderful holiday home.

Fantastic large bungalow suited all three of our generations.

Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and more. Huge garden for games and a quiet patio area for relaxing the other end of the bungalow with super garden furniture. A lovely place to stay with lots to do in the area, would love to visit again.

The wasps were a bit of a pain but this can't be helped. Would definitely recommend to friends and would book again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday at Pinfold Cottage, loved every bit of it.

The property is fantastic, the living room is very spacious with comfy sofas ( had a few afternoon snooze’s on them) & a big TV. Kitchen had everything we needed & the cookies & wine were a lovely touch, thank you. Bedrooms were big & bed super comfy also en-suite shower was big which was great being a larger lady. The whole place was immaculately clean & it’s obviously kept at a high standard. The best thing for us was the garden, we have 2 dogs & they absolutely loved the massive secure garden, the weather was also great so they had a great time playing, sunbathing & snoozing in it. The garden furniture was great so we could also enjoy being out. It’s very peaceful & the outlook is nice with fields & sheep. We had hedgehogs in the garden, bats & saw a Barn Owl & Kestrel. This was our big summer holiday & it’s important to have a nice place to stay & we most definitely did which made our holiday fantastic. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. Thank you

Great place to stay for a relaxing break.

My 2 dogs absolutely loved the massive garden. Nice pub across the street, dogs only welcome outside though. Couldn't find the shop within walking distance, had to drive but took most of food with us so was ok. Would definitely stay again.

Just returned from a week's stay at this lovely property.

Everything you need is provided. It is spotless, extremely comfortable and so quiet. Beautiful enclosed gardens, for anyone who has dogs, we don't now, but wished we had seen this when we did have.. Overall, a superb find and a credit to the owners.. Would definitely recommend and definitely return.

This bungalow is such a gem!

Spacious and very well appointed. We had a really lovely stay, there are some lovely walks from the doorstep and it is very dog friendly, with a great enclosed garden (if only you allowed more than two dogs, we would be back like a shot!).

The property was very large and comfortable and was ideal for the 6 of us in our group.

It was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our break. There is a lovely pub, literally across the road and it was a short drive into Hornsea. I am certain that we will stop here again.

The garden was great and fully closed and wrapped all around the bungalow was very large and safe for letting our dog out there and the kids playing. Everything was very comfortable and a great base to get around this lovely part of the UK.

Our 4th time at Pinfold View.

As clean and well maintained as ever. It's well positioned to visit the East Coast, Hull to Filey is all easily within reach. A little bit further takes you to Scarborough or Whitby. The bungalow has plenty of space for our family and is accessible for my wife who uses a wheelchair. The availability of a ramp makes it much easier to get inside. Our dogs love the secure outside space and plenty of public footpaths are close to the bungalow.

One of the best holiday properties we have stayed in, spacious and well equipped.

Beds and settees were really comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and garden was huge, we had great fun playing badminton with the racquets provided. We had a problem with the microwave which was solved very quickly by the friendly owners. Ideally situated for getting to so many places, a lovely quiet location but easily accessible by main roads. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It was a lovely comfortable bungalow with a large lawn perfect for the dogs to run around.

Pub was excellent across the road. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. It was also wheelchair accessible once inside the bungalow but steps at all the doors.

A lovely welcome pack bonus. Would recommend. The only negatives which really has nothing to do with property, sheep in field next to it which wasn’t the best for having a sheep reactive dog and although fence/hedge big wouldn’t trust him not to get over it and pub across the road not dog friendly.

Pinfold View was one the best cottages we have stayed in could not fault anything been really well thought out, gardens were great for the dogs could relax knowing they could not find a way to escape.

The cottage and the grounds are beautiful could have stayed a lot longer did not want to go home would thoroughly recommend

We had a fabulous few days at Pinfold View, the location was very quiet and ideally located for travel to lots of places.

The bungalow itself was stunning and had a lovely enclosed garden for our dogs. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the en-suite facilities a real bonus. The large kitchen/diner and lounge area was very well thought out and provided open space as well as separate space. All in all a great stay and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you

This is without a doubt the best holiday accommodation We have stayed in ever since we started going on holiday every year with our close friends since 1990’s It has everything you could want in a holiday bungalow and more I can only highly recommend it

The bungalow is lovely and although only 6 minutes from Hornsea you feel like you're in the countryside.

A very beautiful setting. The garden is very secure for dogs. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only negative for me was the beds. I have a bad back and the beds were a bit soft. Otherwise the bungalow was extremely comfortable.

Cottage was very clean and finished to a high standard.

What a find!

A lovely bungalow in Seaton with loads of space for all the family. We were family of 5 adults, an 11 month old and 2 dogs. Great facilities. Bedrooms, linen and en suites were fantastic. Pictures do not do it justice or show how much space there is. Great big garden for the dogs and so peaceful. Didn't go to the Swan Inn (literally on the corner) as no dogs allowed but went to Hornsea, Beverley and Bridlington all within a 5 or 30 mins drive. Pinfold view has plenty of equipment in the kitchen which really helps when you've a large family. Even managed to cook a sunday roast with no issues. Tesco in Hornsea about 10.mins drive. Would definitely recommend

Pinfold View was a lovely bungalow to stay at.

It was very spacious for the 8 of us and exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed including a quiet room and large garden. The surrounding area was beautiful too. The cottage was in a good location not far from some very nice beaches and coastline.

This was our second visit to Pinfold View and was as enjoyable as the last.

From the moment you step through the doors you can begin to see the high standard of decor,cleanliness and comfort that continue throughout this bright and spacious home. We especially liked the lounge it is a great size with very comfy sofas and chairs for everyone and patio doors that open out into a lovely, secure garden. I also wanted to mention that I am a disabled person and found the house ideal as there is only one step at the main entrance and patio doors and showers you can step into. The local area is lovely we enjoyed days out in Hornsea, Beverley and York. We were also very lucky and had good weather all week. All in all a lovely holiday in a house we would highly recommend.

This was an extremely spacious bungalow which was ideal for me as a disabled person and just as importantly ideal for the rest of my party, especially my youngest grandson who had only just started crawling two weeks prior to our holiday - he came on leaps and bounds in the generously sized lounge.

The bungalow was well situated for visiting Hornsea, The Mere at Hornsea, Honeysuckle Farm which was not far from the bungalow, Bridlington and other local attractions. Mr Moos Ice Cream Parlour at Skipsea was a favourite place for my older grandson. We only had one bad day weather wise and on this occasion we visited The Deep at Hull which quite a lot of other families decided to visit on the day as it was very busy. I recommend this bungalow for any large family or families who require space and comfort and who is considering this part of the country.

Excellent property for 3 generation group or two families.

Location good for visiting both North (Bridlington, Flamborough/Bempton and Filey and South (Hull and Withernsea). Property facilities excellent. (One improvement which would be good is to upgrade the electric hob from the very old-fashioned/slow type to ceramic or induction hob.)

Very convenient situation to explore the area. My family were very impressed with the layout and facilities and we all want to come back again.

The stay that I had was thoroughly enjoyable, the home exceeded all expectations and was even nicer than I was expecting it to be.

The owner of the home was great too, we encountered a problem with the oven however the owner was very apologetic and seeked to resolve the issue immediately. Would recommend to anyone.

It was perfect for the size and needs of my family.

No one could complain about any of it and we definitely didn’t want to leave!

Better in real life than in the photos.

7 of us (family) plus 2 dogs stayed for a weekend. The rooms are all a good size and very comfortably furnished. 3 bathrooms is definitely an advantage. The enclosed garden was brilliant for playing ball with the dogs and star gazing at night. The weather turned out much better than forecast so we managed 2 trips to the local beach at Hornsea for an invigorating walk on the sand. Needless to say the dogs loved a good run around and paddle in the sea. Also visited a dog friendly cafe whilst there (Crafty Cafe I think it was called).

The property was well equipped, literally everything we needed was there.

Comfort and cleanliness was excellent, a real home from home. Cannot praise this property enough.

This cottage is amazing!

Spacious, clean and comfortable. The whole family enjoyed staying here. The garden was also great for the dog to play in. It also had an outside tap to wash off muddy paws Lots of walks close by. A real home from home.

No everything was first class

Pinfold View is an extremely comfortable, exceptionally spacious and immaculate 4 bedroom bungalow in large tranquil grounds.

2 bedrooms ( king and double) have their own spacious ensuite shower rooms and the 2 twin bed rooms share a large bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The location of the bungalow is perfect for dog walks and is only a couple of miles from the beach. Across the road from the accommodation is a great pub. A perfect holiday home for a large family, or group of friends to relax or celebrate a special occasion.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Pinfold and have recommended to a friend who is also going for the 2nd time also this year.

The accommodation is dog friendly, with lovely walks, warm, clean and has everything to make the stay very comfortable. We will certainly be booking again.

We had a fantastic holiday at Pinfold View it certainly has the wow factor in terms of decor and layout and the photos shown here do not do it justice.

The house is finished to a high standard throughout and had everything we needed and as a lovely touch the owners left us some delicious biscuits and a bottle of wine. The garden is securely fenced so our dog could enjoy it and the surrounding area is lovely and there are plenty of places to visit. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year. I highly recommend this place to all.

Fabulous bungalow.

Wanted to take it home! East Riding is a very nice area. We were most impressed with the beach and promenade at Hornsea. The dogs loved the beach too and there is a large designated amount of beach to take them on. Wished the grandchildren had been with us as excellent beach for children too. We visited Flamborough Head, Bridlington (South Beach brilliant for walking dogs), York and went North up to Whitby but it was uncomfortably busy so went to rObins hood bay, beautiful. The bungalow was well placed and there is a good garden centre just up the road with a good restaurant for breakfasts and lunches. Would happily recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful family holiday.

Pinfold View was perfect. There was lots of room for the children to play and the adults to relax. It was lovely to have the large dining table to all sit around for meals. We had lots of fun and chats around that table ! The garden was amazing !! Perfect for family fun. The horse and foal in the adjoining field were an added bonus as was the peacock !!

We really didn't want to leave and would have transported it back with us if we could. We would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely fabulous holiday property for our four-generation family group.

Our ages ranged from 92 years to 2 months at the time of the holiday and we were all extremely happy with Pinfold View. The owners very kindly left a ramp for wheelchair access through the conservatory/sun room, invaluable for the less able in our group. The place is wonderfully modern, clean, bright, tastefully decorated and very well equipped throughout. The garden is totally child and dog safe and the local residents are friendly and helpful. The location is marvelous, quiet and peaceful with great vistas, particularly from the sitting room and kitchen, yet very close to so many bustling places of interest. We had the most wonderful family holiday at Pinfold View and I can't recommend it highly enough.

The property was perfect for our party, including our dog, and it was actually even better in the flesh than on the website.

It was very spacious but at the same time comfortable, homely and very cosy. It was in a great location with beautiful open field views and plenty of enclosed outside space for sunny days.
