“When we booked, the cottage was advertised with off road parking and access was via a small set of steps.”

On arrival we found no off road parking and access was via a set of 9 stone steep steps. Also within the cottage the access to the upper floor is via a steep and winding staircase. None of these were in the original advertisement.
