“The property was the size we required accomodating 8 adults and 5 children with everything we needed for this amount of people there are some tweaks which would make this even better but these are general wear and tear maintenance.”

Downtairs bedroom and toilet the shower needs the hose replaced and sealing around shower looked at. Seal around shower in other ground floor bathroom. Main cooker in kitchen the right hand oven seal needs replaced and screws replaced on rail on the front of the Aga. A general observation is that the main accomodation on first floor only has one toilet and when 3 families using this another toilet would make this just right for them.
