“Beautiful house renovated to a high standard, especially the kitchen and bathrooms.”

Very comfortable beds with high quality bed linen. Plenty of space in the downstairs areas for our party of nine. We hope to return.

“Great customer service - clear communication - small issues resolved promptly.”

Loved big communal areas - perfect for socialising indoors and out. Everything was convenient - eg. Light sensors so not searching for light switches on the stairs! Great location - short walk to everything we needed.

“Great stay that was enhanced by the wonderful weather!”

One of the best hot tubs and great outside space. Good size rooms, comfy beds, only about 10 minutes stroll to the train station/high street. Couple of little niggles but contacted the owner & all sorted.

“There's only one word to describe the house.”

.. AMAZING! The property was so clean and well maintained. The photos don't even do it justice. It is the perfect house for a get together. A pergola or similar over the hot tub would maybe take it up a notch but other then that, we couldn't fault it. The only thing I would say is that it's not great if you're not all mobile - it's quite a way to the top bedroom!

“Fabulous property, beautiful decor.”

The pictures don’t do it justice! Lovely, huge beds! The house is so well equipped to cater for the amount it sleeps and the hot tub is an added bonus. Great location with ample parking too. Would love to come back and will definitely recommend!

The house was beautifully furnished with comfy rooms and beds. The hamper was a welcome extra as was the hot tub which the younger members enjoyed. Had very good communication with Jamie the owner and any queries quickly sorted. Would definitely stay in this lovely house again.

“Amazing property.”

Huge and beautifully renovated. Everything is to a very high standard. The bathrooms and kitchen are stunning. The property had everything we could possibly need for a family weekend away for 13 of us ranging from 7 years to 75 years. Loved the hot tub. The dining table was a great size and the lounge comfortably sat us all. Loved the property and we would definitely recommend it and come back.

“We had a lovely week, the house is amazing, lovely big rooms, gorgeous kitchen which is well equipped and a fab patio area with a hot tub.”

A short walk to the beach, town & an ideal location to explore the surrounding area. We loved the food hamper with essentials for breakfast & more, great touch. Great communication from the owner & no problems with parking. Would love to come back & would highly recommend.

“This place is stunning!”

Definitely worthy of all 5 stars. Large and spacious rooms, big dining area and kitchen perfect for larger groups, the bedrooms are big with comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms, location is great just a short walk to the beach. Outdoor space is ideal and great spot as a backdrop for group photos. Super helpful and informative owner. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

“What a fabulous week we have just spent in this property.”

Everything has been done to the highest of standards and it really is worthy of 5 stars. All the rooms are enormous and have been well thought out including extremely large comfortable beds and luxurious bed linen. The huge bathrooms are very high spec with plenty of fluffy towels. The kitchen has been well equipped with everything that we needed. The outdoor space is perfect for when the sun is shining and the hot tub is an added bonus. The owner was very attentive and we had good communication with him which made our stay seamless including the car parking. The hamper on arrival was a very welcome gesture. The location was ideal for access to the beaches and the town. All in all a superb place to stay in Scarborough and would highly recommend it.

Pickering 17 miles; Whitby 20 miles; York 40 miles.
