“The property wasn’t very clean at all.”

Dead flies on the floor in the bathroom and marks on the floor. Crisps under the sofa and marks on the kitchen floor. On a positive note lots of home from home items, ninja air fryer and coffee machine, toys for kids. The freezer was also full so we couldn’t put our things in it.

Thanks for your response - unfortunately during August many flies were on the east coast due to hot weather which simple can’t be avoided unfortunately and the cleaner sprayed fly spray when she left so that loads were not flying around around the caravan when you arrived - I also checked the caravan we left then as we were staying there before your visit then the cleaner did a changeover and it was very clean , maybe the cleaner and myself missed a crisp under the sofa in which I apologise for - I will feed back the marks on the kitchen floor to the cleaner too - the freezer was also not full and there is plenty of space for food as it’s a double American fridge freezer with loads of space - we left a few things like ice in there in which we leave for guests , we do pride ourselves in a lovey clean caravan and 1 crisp and 2 marks of the floor during the busiest time of the season doesn’t constitute for your comment that the caravan that is not every clean at all … however I will feed it back to the cleaner - thanks and we are glad you enjoyed the home from home items - thanks Property Owner
