“Lovely little basement, fab use of space, perfectly placed for exploring whitby, we enjoyed our stay and would return 1st small struggle was finding it, although it's 23a silver street, it's access is from the rear of the property, which it the paddock, not a problem once found.”

Lovely living space, nice bedrooms, comfy beds & sofas, brought our firestick for the TV but the normal tv provided is fine, WiFi worked well through our stay Kitchen, well utilised space. Could have done with some instruction for the oven as the markings have been washed off the dial, but works fine when you figure it out. Sleeps 4, but 7 champagne flutes & wine glasses (wine glasses were dirty-we didn't use) but only 1 pint pot (we left 2 more) There was double glazing throughout, but, could hear all outside conversations from the bedrooms, which is not the best at midnight with people coming home from the pub along the street, we could also hear everything from the house above. None of the above would stop us staying again, we enjoyed it very much, just some small things that would improve it Note. Please don't feed the seagull that literally knocks on the backdoor between 5-6, he came every night we were home at that time
