This charming apartment rests in the centre of Whitby, on the coastline of North Yorkshire. En-suite. Beach views. Robin Hood's Bay 6.2 miles; Scarborough 19.7 miles.

The flat was very comfortable and homely and in a perfect location

Set on the foothills of the beautiful North York Moors National Park, in the town centre of Whitby, is this delightful apartment. Situated in an endearing location, this property is well-placed for accessing a number of popular tourist sites and plenty of traditional Yorkshire eateries for a spot of fine dining. Be welcomed into a spacious open-plan living room, with a corner sofa to cosy up with your loved ones and unwind after a long day. You can enjoy a refreshing drink out on the small balcony area with views across Whitby Beach. Gather at the dining table to enjoy a hearty breakfast and plan the day's events, or bring a board game from home to while away the hours on those quieter evenings. The kitchen has a wonderful set of contemporary wooden units and plenty of worktop space for preparing your meals. Choose from a king-size or twin bedroom to get some much needed rest after a long day, with the master bedroom benefitting from its own en-suite bathroom and balcony. If you're interested in quirky, historical landmarks, then look no further than the Whitby Whale Bone Arch, standing at 20-foot and is actually the third replica of the original. Said to have been the inspiration for the famous novel Dracula, Whitby Abbey transcends time; the ruins are still standing from the 7th century. You can access the abbey via the 199 steps, a challenge for even the sporty types, with bench along the way in case you tire. Take a morning stroll through Pannett Park and let your dog stretch its legs in the open fields, with superb views surrounding. A must-see attraction are Whitby's Blue Flag beaches, ideal for sunbathing, swimming or surfing during the summer months. Flat 4 is the ultimate location for friends and families to relax and unwind at this coastal retreat.

What a little gem of a flat. Just perfect. Great location, wonderful facilities and an owner that really cares about her flat and those staying in it. Shouldn’t be recommending this so highly as we want to book again
Fantastic apartment spacious with great views out to sea with the benefit of a balcony definitely going to book again

Really well equipped flat with lovely sea view in a great location for accessing town. Parking permit for the car park was great to have and the bread and milk left by the owner was a lovely touch. The beds were a little squeaky but otherwise comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Flat 4 is a lovely, well equipped flat in a fabulous location. The owner left us some bread, milk and biscuits which was a nice touch. We had a problem with the bed while we were there and she rectified the problem immediately. It is a home from home and everything you could possibly need whilst away is in this flat. Parking was no problem. The owner left us a parking pass and there was a car park at the rear of the property. Would recommend.

Flat 4 in Whitby was perfect for our family holiday. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We all loved looking out of the window at the sea while eating at the dining table. Great place for our toddler and dog. Would definitely book again.

Our short break at this property started poorly (the key safe would not open) the owners arranged for a spare set of keys in a timely manner. When we gained entry to the property we where pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and well presented property with complimentary milk, bread & biscuits. We only had a few very minor issues which I have past on to the owner. The location of the key safe is not obvious so a little bit more information on key safe location would be good. The location is close to the centre and we had a good time walking around all the old narrow street. Car parking can be difficult in Whitby but the close proximity of the car park and free parking permit is a big plus. I would defiantly recommend this property.
