“En-suite and bathroom were not really clean ,both in need of a refurbishment.”
Beds were clean but everthing else needed thorough deep clean,problems with the oven,in that it went off when you switched the hob on.The caretaker did try to help but there was still a problem,just did not use it anymore.Cups were stained ,some chipped. positives.....parking space,lift,great views.Had met friends for the break whose transport was pre booked otherwise would not have stayed.
Thank you for your comments. We do appreciate all Customer feedback. We are sorry that you feel that some things were not to your satisfaction. I can assure you that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between every set of guests. Both bathrooms are fully functioning, it is disappointing that the decor was not to your taste. To minimise the possible transmission of Covid, the manuals for all appliances are emailed in advance to guests and we check that they have been received. All electric ovens if switched off at the wall will need the clock re-setting once switched on before they will work. We mention this in the Guest Information just in case and the manual for the oven explains how to do this. We are pleased we were able to quickly resolve your issue over the telephone. You mentioned that you were not internet savvy so could not access the manuals. We are not aware of any previous guests having difficulties but we may need to review whether we return to leaving the manuals in the apartment. I can assure you that the oven works absolutely fine and other guests have not raised any issues. Note that the single cracked mug has been replaced. Once again, thanks for your comments
