We have stayed here before and very likely to return.

It is a lovely, comfortable, clean apartment in an ideal location for exploring Whitby. Sue, the property owner is the perfect host, welcoming and quick to respond if you need an answer. The only drawback to this property are the stairs with no lift option, which could be a problem for some people.

It was a clean & light apartment with 2 balconies. It had everything we needed plus a utility area which was handy. We enjoyed being able to walk into Whitby & would recommend the apartment.

The flat was perfect.

Everything has been thought of, even down to a sewing kit and sticky lint remover! Great location, within a five minute stroll to the town, shops, bus stop, train station and eating places. Having a parking spot was the icing on the cake. Clean, bright, comfortable, warm with everything you need - I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation! If it's available on your dates, snap it up!

Fantastic apartment that I would definitely return to.

Sue's attention to detail to ensure we had everything we needed was excellent, spotlessly clean, clear & timely comms, comfy bed, less then 5 min wander to the centre, yet with allotted parking space right outside (rare). Very much recommended.

First class accommodation, everything required for self catering provided , only couple minutes walk into town , Sue and Stewart very helpful can’t speak highly enough about the accommodation and facilities put some of our previous accommodations to shame , would have no hesitation returning.

Clean, well equipped and comfy. This is our 3rd time staying here and its always excellant.

We have stayed in several properties in Whitby over the years and the Office Gardens was the best we have stayed in aswell as the great location.

The apartment has everything you may need and even small touches like a shoe shine pad , shopping bag and umberella shows the owners have really thought about their guests needs, the owners were really accommodating about day early arrival and departure due to bad weather and couldn't have been more helpful, we had a great week.

A perfect modern apartment base for a break in Whitby, lovely open plan kitchen living room with a full glass front wall with doors onto balcony to sit and watch the world go by.

bedrooms are perfect both again with patio doors onto rear balconies. perfectly clean with all the facilities you could need along with allocated parking. cannot fault it

!! Absolutely beautiful and clean accommodation. Everything was perfect. All the little touches were lovely including washing tablets, softener, washing up liquid, cloths, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, salt, pepper and vinegar. Thank you so much Sue and Stewart for an unforgettable week.

The facilities in this apartment are excellent.

It is conveniently situated with just a short walk into town and has the benefit of a dedicated parking space which is vital for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean, has comfy beds and there was a welcome tray with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits which was appreciated. Good quality toiletries were provided and all in all I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Nothing to not like and the owners are the most thoughtful people.

The property is spotlessly clean, by far the cleaness we have stayed in, modern, well appointed and in a good location.

The parking for apartment 2 is best suited to a small car. The parking for apartments 1 and 3 seem fine.

This is an absolute gem.

Top quality accommodation, superb standards, sparkling clean. Every little thing thought of. Welcome pack very welcome and the handwritten welcome letter a super touch. We had a wonderful stay at the The Office Gardens,Apartment 2 in Whitby.

The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed for a great holiday.The apartment is only a ten minute walk from the town and water front.So it was very good for walks around whitby.And the card and gift for my wifes birthday was much appreciated.We would definitely recommend the accomodation to other people.And we would certainly stay here again,if we were coming to stay in whitby.Thankyou for a great week.Vince and Julie.

Modern apartment fitted to a high standard.

Absolutely stunning apartment, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need, lucky enough to be able to sit out on the rear balcony in beautiful sunshine with a glass of wine, so lovely you have a choice of balconies front and rear would be fabulous in the summer.

We weren’t in the apartment that much as took trips out to Scarborough, Rydale and Kirby Moorside, walked a nice easy walk into Whitby every day too. I would not hesitate in booking this apartment again, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We have been coming to Whitby for 5 years and the accommodation is the best we have stayed in defo a 5 star thumbs up.

Immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet apartment within easy walking distance of the town centre.

The parking space was a huge bonus. Just perfect.

First time to Whitby,visiting for 1 week,was looking for accommodation and a lot didn't have parking,my husband spotting the office appartment on Sykes cottages and showed me, have nit stayed in appartments before, normaly cottage,but they were superb, spotless and modern and very comfortable.

Well equipped and very clean. On a main bus route with a stop very close and only a few mins walk from the railway station.

The property is well located about 5 minutes walk from centre of town opposite the park.

Modern and clean. Well appointed with a useful 'utility room'. Good communication from owners before and during stay. We were very pleased with our stay and would definately return. Positives: Location, standard of accommodation, high spec and well appointed, car parking included Negatives: The stairs are a bit steep and would not suit anyone with mobility issues, not keen on electric hobs (prefer induction)

A lovely apartment, very modern, spacious, comfortable and clean, with the bonus of parking.

Excellent location, only a short walk from harbour, pubs etc. Two flights of stairs with luggage was a challenge (being over 65s) but manageable for us, but would book the lower one next time. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for a week in this lovely modern and comfortable apartment.

It is very close to all the town amenities and is situated right opposite the lovely Pannett Park. The apartment was very clean with everything needed to make it a home from home. A nice touch to have a handwritten welcome note and also tea/coffee/milk and biscuits along witth lovely shower/bath gels from the owners. We did not do much in the way of cooking as there are so many good eateries within a very short walking distance, but there was plenty of crockery and cooking pans etc had we wanted to do that. Nice to be able to sit out on one of the balconies and a view of Whitby Abbey from one of them. If we ever visit Whitby again, this will be our go to place to stay.

Lovely modern flat in a good position to access the town and harbour , plus safe free parking outside the flat.

Whitby has good public transport , which we used throughout our stay , plus the NYM railway , which was of interest to us. Will definitely return next year.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment which is centrally situated in the heart of the pretty fishing port of Whitby.

Sue and Stewart have ensured their guests have everything they might need. All information is supplied in easy to read and understand folders. The directions, parking, and entry details were specific. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the furniture and soft furnishings have been tastefully chosen. The welcome pack was very much appreciated as were the lovely toiletries. Thought the utility room was a very clever addition as the washing machine and tumble drier noise was contained. We enjoyed lovely walks and the quaint shops. Thank you. Adrienne

Great place, near town with parking facility. Apartment has all you need and is lovely and clean, great wifi and comfy beds. Would highly recommend. Great for family or two couples (2 bedrooms/2 baths).

This really is the place to stay for the best self-catering accommodation in Whitby.

The owners keep the apartment spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you require and there is even a starter food pack on arrival. The bedrooms are comfortable and have plenty of storage space for your belongings. Having a shower room and separate bathroom are important for us four. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk into town and the harbour. The parking space is a added bonus

If we come to Whitby again I would definitely stay at this place, only 1 thing the freezer wasn’t working but a note was left saying it would be repaired asap, we most certainly missed it as temperatures were a little warm. But I won’t be put off by this oversight. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking of a holiday break in Whitby.

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped with DVD’s, games etc. The owners Sue and Stuart left a welcoming tray of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. We will definitely be back as the location is perfect and the apartment has everything you could want.

What an amazing apartment!

We so enjoyed staying there, everything about it was above and beyond what we hoped for. Immaculately clean upon arrival, spacious bedrooms, two balconies if you like to catch the sun in the morning and the evening. Plenty of crockery and utensils and enough worktop space for cooking if you want to do that. Apartment would be lovely and warm in the winter, we were lucky to have sunny days so didn't need the heating. Owners were lovely and accommodating to requests we made. Cannot fault anything and we will hopefully be returning in the not too distant future.

Parking directly outside, easy key collection and really easy access to Whitby (5 min walk). No lift for those with mobility issues, but described in advert. Highly recommended and will hopefully return.

The position in Whitby is very good,near to all bars,restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful holiday ,the only drawback for me was all the stairs to the apartment. Would recommend to others as long as the stairs are not a problem.

The welcome pack of milk/tea/biscuits was appreciated. Our queries were promptly answered. It would have been nice to have had one very large saucepan to cook with and a grater.

Stayed all over Whitby and this apartment being a new build was one of the nicest.

A very warm welcome from our hosts.

Lots of little extras, tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries in each bathroom. Instructions were easy to follow. Even a range of DVDs available for younger children to watch. Very thoughtful hosts.

An excellent clean modern apartment.

So close to everything in Whitby with the parking space a bonus. Had lovely food at Macy’s twice - it was great with amazing cocktails. Runswick Bay is a beautiful hidden gem: quieter than some of the more famous beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

Office Gardens Whitby was just perfect.

Modern, clean and centrally located. All needs were catered for, lovely to find milk in the fridge, fresh coffee and biscuits when we arrived. Everything had been thought of.. Would definitely recommend and already planning a return visit.

Excellent town centre location - harbour just five minutes walk.

Without doubt, the most fabulous accommodation we have ever had in Whitby.

Immaculate, with everything you could want to make your holiday perfect.

The apartment is situated just 5 minutes easy walk away from the tourist centre of Whitby.

The allocated parking is a bonus although apartment 2 has perhaps the least accessible parking space immediately outside the apartment block. The apartments are obviously very new and so the quality of the interior reflects this. We were very comfortable and felt very (Covid) safe. At the time of our visit (week commencing 4 September) Whitby and surrounding areas was very busy, probably more so than in previous years, and social distancing when out and about was challenging at times. Local businesses have made a serious and workable effort to meet Covid requirements.

A beautiful, modern and comfortable apartment very near the centre of Whitby.

We walked everywhere many restaurants within a 5/10 min walk and all the tourist attractions were also walkable. The dedicated car park space was a bonus. Definitely a great choice for our short break in Whitby.

This apartment was fabulous, very comfortable and had everything we needed, it was lovely to have Tea and coffee and milk left for the all important cuppa on arrival, my favourite tea bags Yorkshire tea so thank you.

The toiletries were gorgeous and smelled loverly. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return next year.
