The kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, gas hob, grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, cafétière, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals to be enjoyed at the dining seating area.
The lodge boasts two well-presented bedrooms, a double and a twin, providing a serene space to rest after a day of exploration.
Freshen up in the sleek bathroom, complete with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, and a hairdryer, or in the additional shower room, which features a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

Never left a bad review before but this property even though listed as pet friendly shouldn't be this bad, smelly dirty carpet & sofa all stained.
Dog poo on decking on arrival (cleaned it myself). Windows scarmy some curtain hems hanging in bedroom. Couple of maintenance issues draws in kitchen, window stops miss so some Window drafts and noise from cars coming and going all night (mainly white vans). The site too at first glance looks lovely but then walk around and it's very rundown with rubbish left next to some lakes. This was October but all of the outside activities were a mess. Indoor pool was cold and very difficult to get baby and self changed due to facilities. Staff not helpful and just told to write an email to office. As for late check out an extra £25 for two and a half hours can't use hot tub and no water pressure inside lodge so no shower after 8am not worth it. This site and lodge needs attention and wouldn't recommend till it's sorted.
Nice little lodge, we enjoyed our stay.
Very peaceful & quiet & we had a very relaxed weekend here. Would stay again. The sitting room would be much more comfortable with a few throw cushions in it. It’s such an easy & cheap way to make it more comfortable & inviting!
Site was good, caravan was dirty, limescale on the bottom of both showers, radiators dirty and rusty, dust, windows dirty, bottom of the cooker door was grubby, there was a dint in the door, looked like something bashed it, bedding was clean, the caravan needed a proper deep cleep clean and some tlc.
We did complain and were offered someone to go and clean, we did feel that would not be sufficient and refused it, as a deep clean was needed. We do have pictures of needed
