A beautifully decorated and well-equipped spacious holiday cottage, near miles of sandy beach and with free use of the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym - perfect for a family holiday or a get-together with friends! Situated at the prestigious The Bay holiday resort, there's so much to see and do including archery, tennis, table tennis plus there's a beautician for extra pampering as well as a great local inn that serves good food or a superb Mediterranean restaurant if you prefer not to cook.

The house was fabulous, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, only niggle was the blinds were next to useless!

Ground floor
Located on the prestigious Bay which is fronted by six miles of golden, sandy beach, enter this immaculate house, which has a charming beach-inspired décor, into the reception hall, which has wood flooring, hall table and lamps to create a lovely welcome.

The hall leads into a large stylish 'living' kitchen, which is very well-equipped with an integrated oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

There is an adjoining dining area to the kitchen, with table and chairs to comfortably seat eight - it's a lovely spot, with French doors leading to the outside space, to enjoy breakfast together as you plan another great day or linger over dinner at the end of another great adventure at the Yorkshire coast! This area also has a sofa and a TV with DVD, so you can sit and relax with a glass of wine whilst the cook does their work!

(The sofa in the dining area is also a sofa bed which can accommodate an extra two people for larger parties of 8.)

This is the only house at The Bay with a separate sitting room. The sitting room has a large Smart TV with integrated apps (Now TV, Prime video and Netflix) - why not bring your streaming codes and catch up on those films and box sets?. It has comfortable seating and is decorated in sea-side inspired colours of off whites, duck egg blues and pale blues; French doors lead to the outside space which has a terrace, brick-built BBQ and a lawned area.

There is a cloaks/WC on this floor too for added convenience.
First floor
Go upstairs onto the galleried landing to the bedrooms and bathroom.

The master bedroom has a lovely 'French boudoir' feel with its ornate carved wooden bed with matching side tables, dressing table, mirrored armoire offering plenty of storage space - so pack what you want! - plus a chaise longue to sit and relax - maybe enjoy a pre-dinner glass of fizz as you get ready? It also has a TV/DVD player if you want to snuggle up and watch television, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.

There are two further bedrooms, both good sized twin bedroom, each with full size 3' single beds and the space to add a cot, if you have a baby with you. The twin bedrooms also have televisions.

The smart house bathroom has a bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin plus a large towel radiator for drying towels/costumes after a day on the beach or swimming in the lovely indoor heated pool nearby.
Outside space
There is space to the rear of the property; parking spaces are located opposite the house with additional spaces to the side.

The Bay is fronted by miles of golden sandy beaches, a c. five minute walk from the house plus there's so much to see and do including lovely walks, tennis (there's an all-weather tennis court), swimming, archery, a wild flower meadow, crafts, fishing lake, 9-hole golf course, a gym, steam room, sauna and even an on-site beautician if you would like additional pampering - maybe a massage to relax even more on holiday! There is also a coffee shop, a traditional inn - which serves good food - and an excellent Mediterranean restaurant, all within easy walking distance.
